Local items will be hand-delivered, if selected.
Items will be shipped through USPS. Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after payment is received. Your order will either be sent via 1-3 day priority mail or 2-5 day first class mail depending on weight!
Your purchase will be shipped by USPS Mail with tracking information, so please be sure the correct mailing address is provided. If purchasing more than one item, I will try to combine the orders to save on shipping if possible.

Returns are not accepted on soap, but please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
LOST
Should your package get lost during transit please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking information. Your post office will take your information and work to help locate your package. Please be advised that I have no control over the USPS once I ship it. Also, let me know so that I may keep an eye on things from my end.
DAMAGED
Should your item arrived damaged, please contact me immediately and provide a photo of the damage. Please alert police of stolen items
