Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped through USPS.  Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days after payment is received. Your order will either be sent via 1-3 day priority mail or 2-5 day first class mail depending on weight!

Your purchase will be shipped by USPS Mail with tracking information, so please be sure the correct mailing address is provided. If purchasing more than one item, I will try to combine the orders to save on shipping if possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please double check the colors, size, scent, etc., before you purchase.  Custom orders are non-refundable.  Some listed products are also non-refundable, please read the listing.

If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me asap. Afterwards your purchase can be returned within 3 days of receipt if returned in original condition, for a refund minus shipping.

Refunds will be distributed after the returned item is received. A refund is only available within 30 days of purchasing the items. Any problems after 30 days of purchase will be disregarded.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

LOST PACKAGES
Should your package get lost during transit please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking information. Your post office will take your information and work to help locate your package. Please be advised that I have no control over the USPS once I ship it. Also, let me know so that I may keep an eye on things from my end.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
Should your item arrived damaged, please contact me immediately and provide a photo of the damage. From there, I will work with you to find a solution to the problem.

STOLEN PACKAGES
Should your package be stolen after delivery, please contact your local Post Office and law enforcement.
